How do I join?

Do you operate in all cities in Cyprus?
We currently offer a full range of services in Nicosia & Limassol and offer certain services in Larnaca & Paphos. Please feel free to contact us at 77 77 70 79 for list of services we offer in each city. We plan to offer a full range of services in Larnaca & Paphos as well very soon.
What are the days and times of operation?
We operate daily Monday-Friday from 08.00 - 20.00. Our service will not be available on Weekends or national holidays, unless we have special requests. Please note that requests on Weekends and national holidays are charged at triple rates i.e. a request made for execution on a Weekend or a national holiday will be charged as 3 requests.
What is considered a request and how will I be charged when I make a request?
Requests that require utilization of LMS Staff only: A request is typically a task or errand that requires less than 30 minutes to complete. The rates we charge for requests that require the use of our staff alone are based on which Subscription plan you choose e.g if you choose the Standard Bronze Package you can expect to pay 7.5 Euro (including VAT) per request as the charge for this package is 60 Euro in total for 8 requests. Such requests include personal shopping or gift shopping, courier services, dry cleaning pick up and delivery, bank runs, pharmacy runs etc for which we will dispatch our staff to complete and do not require a specialized skill set for completion.
Groceries Delivery: The exception to the rule above is Groceries delivery requests. These are requests completed by our staff, but due to the time required for their completion (usually more than 30 minutes), they are charged at 10% of the total bill for the items purchased i.e. if the bill is 100 Euro, the charge will be 10 Euro. For example, lets assume a customer has purchased the Standard Bronze Package for which the cost of each request is 7.5 Euro (60 Euro/8 requests). If this customer makes a request for Groceries Delivery and the bill is a total of 100 Euro, then the customer will be charged 10 Euro for our service of purchasing and delivering the groceries. However since the request has been pre-paid at 7.5 Euro, the only additional charge will be 2.5 Euro which will bring the total payment for the request to 10 Euro. Please note that the minimum charge for Groceries Delivery is 10 Euro.
Requests that Require Third Party Services (i.e. skilled labor which is not LMS staff): Requests that require the use of specialty third party services for completion will incur additional third party fees which will always be agreed upon by the customer before proceeding. Such requests include handyman services, or cleaning services, car cleaning and service etc. An example of how this would work is the request to arrange a handyman service for a home. In this case Life Management Services does not employ Handymen but works with several and outsources this work to professionals. Therefore Life Management Services would charge its request fee to source the appropriate professionals and arrange for the service at the time and date requested by the customer. In addition, a fee will be charged by the Third Party (Handyman) for the work done at the home but this fee will be communicated to the customer before proceeding with the service and only if the customer agrees, will the request execution proceed.
It is important to note, that Life Management Services is committed to sourcing the best possible offers from professionals and enjoys special treatment from professionals we work with, so, our service is geared towards saving our customers both time and money where possible.
When can I expect my request to be completed?
Requests are generally completed within the timeframe specified by our customers. Note that in order to ensure timely execution, requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the desired execution time or date. Requests marked ASAP that require immediate or same day execution will be completed within the first available time slot.

Is Life Management Services membership only?
No. An individual or company can use our services on a pay-as-you-go basis. We do however encourage you to join our company through one of our bronze, silver or gold packages as you will be able to enjoy better rates on requests as well as have immediate access to our team’s expertise and service.

What products and services will Life Management Services offer that cannot ordinarily be found?
Life Management Services has brought together a number of different products and services most of which are currently on the market but which are usually complicated and/or time consuming to source or follow through. Through our contacts, business relationships and prompt response to requests we have made it simple for members to take advantage of these services without having to expend precious time in doing so.
If any products or services fail to meet a customer's satisfaction, should Life Management Services or the professionals hired be contacted?
Life Management Services takes responsibility for managing its relationships with its members. If there are any problems, members should come back to Life Management Services and we will do our best to resolve them by liaising with the relevant third party that has created the problems.
